Overall Plan

Bring education back to classic standards and change the system so that it functions as a representative service and not a dictatorship. Return to traditional subject matter and methods resulting in a good education for our children and the successful extension of our culture forward.

Observation

This is a “preventative maintenance” type of project. While most departments observe and follow the law, an occasional rogue or misguided group or individual might ignore the law, make up their own interpretation of the law or just plain break the law. All laws and regulation and all departments should be compliant with and in the same spirit as the Constitution.

Plan

Implement a clear regulation and statement that school boards and education personnel must not violate any law, regulation or statute regarding anything related to education. It says, expressly, that personnel will not violate standards and laws and will not alter, impose or invent regulations or laws regarding education.

2. Worthwhile Purpose – The school system should follow the law and Constitution. It should be free of improvised interpretations of the law to achieve some purpose other than that envisioned in the law for education.

Decide on virtual and/or in-person meetings.

5. How Reorganized - make sure there is a well-defined process for regular inspection and reorganization, if needed. An internal watchdog group might fit the bill.

Get a comprehensive list of laws and regulations relating to education. (you may need help from a lawyer or paralegal)

Inspect the area. If the school board or state agencies are all following the law openly and eanestly, there is no need for this project.

Actions

Get a comprehensive list of laws and regulations relating to education.

Evaluate each one with regard to compliance to the law. (you may need an attorney or paralegal to help you)

Rewrite the laws or regulations or compose a motion to completely eliminate the law or regulation.

Find out where the control resides and who holds the authority regarding this subject.

Write up your plan and have an attorney check it to make sure it's legal and worded properly.

Make the proposal to the school board or legislature.

Repeat if necessary for each item.

Find or establish an efficient way of reporting that easily reaches the general public.
