Observation
Most elected officials and school board members are talented, skillful and honest. However, under the current system, some people, you don't know, come out of the woodwork, get elected to school boards and then we're stuck with the results if they go off in a strange direction. Rogue administrators sometimes have some fantasy ideas of how things should be or some inflated ideas of what they can contribute with their ideas forced upon us. If someone thinks you can’t touch them, they’ll probably do whatever they want regardless of what you think or what you want.
Plan
Establish a recall procedure for school board members and elected officials. The procedure should be fair and should include the concept of “innocent until proven guilty.”

2. Worthwhile Purpose - There needs to be a mechanism for correcting a situation that is going wrong. It's similar to having checks and balances or separation of powers. It keeps the playing field level. It makes sure school board members are acting on behalf of parents and representing the wants and needs of students, parents and teachers.
3 Who’s In-charge – (Bill, a made up person. Put the real name here.)
4. How is it Organized
Have virtual or in-person meetings.
Decide on using texts, emails or some other form of electronic or traditional media as a method for having meetings.
5. How to Reorganize if Things Fall Apart.
Have a planned way of regularly evaluating activity and acting quick if things start to fall apart. Maybe an internal watchdog committee.

Find out what the current regulations or laws say about recall.
Try to predict who would replace the person recalled just so you don't get surprised
Conditional
If everybody on the school board and government bodies already agree with you, then table this project. Use it another time or just have it handy.
If recall procedures already exist, then you can abandon this project and follow the recall procedure.
Do demonstrations and protest, if needed
To Do
Make a complete list of the people and mark the ones who are candidates for recall.
Include contact information in the list.
The list should also include a short description of why you want to recall that person.
Determine the best method of actualizing the recall – letter, petition, persuasion...
According to the method chosen, do want ever is indicated – collect signatures, write letter, file documents.
Figure out where to file your motions and documents – where and with whom.
Follow up and make sure things are moving along as expected.
Statistics and Progress Measurement
Figure out how to “quantify” your accomplishments and then track them so you'll be motivated to do more.
